AR Precast manufactures precast concrete products using weighed batching, product-specific concrete mixes, vibration compaction, controlled demoulding, water curing and routine quality checks. The exact materials, concrete grade, thickness, colour layer and production requirements vary according to the product specification.
Precast concrete products can look similar while differing in concrete grade, dimensions, thickness, aggregate selection, unit weight, surface construction, curing and finish.
Our current production uses OPC 43 grade cement, crusher dust and graded aggregates. Concrete mixes generally range from M25 to M40 depending on the product and requirement. Raw materials are weighed before mixing, and products are compacted using vibration.
For applicable coloured products, a separate coloured top layer of approximately 10–12 mm is used over the backing layer. Products are generally demoulded after approximately 18–24 hours and then kept covered and water-cured through sprinkling for around 7–10 days.
Routine checks include dimensions, thickness, visual finish, cracks, edge condition and approximate unit weight.
Actual production details may vary according to product type, thickness, colour and order specification.

Raw materials are measured by weight before mixing to help maintain consistency between production batches.
AR Precast uses weighed batching for production. Measuring materials by weight provides better control over the quantities entering each batch and allows the concrete mix to be prepared according to the product being manufactured.

A similar shape or colour does not necessarily mean that two products are being manufactured to the same concrete specification.
Concrete is placed into product-specific moulds according to the required shape, dimensions, thickness and finish.
