Important made-to-order note
AR Precast products are often prepared, manufactured, sorted, coloured, packed, or dispatched against confirmed customer requirements. Because of this, cancellations and 100% refunds are limited once order preparation has started.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellation, refund, replacement, and exchange requests are handled for precast concrete products supplied under the AR Precast brand, operated by HBR Global Industries.
Our products are commonly supplied based on product type, size, thickness, colour, finish, quantity, and delivery location shared by the customer. Because many orders are made-to-order or prepared specifically for a customer requirement, cancellation and refund requests are handled differently from normal ready retail products.
Most precast concrete products supplied by AR Precast may be manufactured, coloured, sorted, packed, loaded, or arranged specifically against a confirmed customer order.
Once an order is confirmed and production, procurement, colour preparation, loading, dispatch planning, or delivery coordination has started, cancellation may not be accepted.
A 100% refund is generally not applicable for made-to-order, customised, coloured, special-size, project-specific, or requirement-based products unless AR Precast is unable to supply the confirmed product and no suitable alternative is agreed.
Cancellation may be considered only if the request is received before production, procurement, colour preparation, loading, dispatch planning, or delivery coordination has started.
If cancellation is accepted, any refundable amount may be calculated after deducting applicable costs already incurred. These may include raw material preparation, labour, colour preparation, mould preparation, loading arrangement, transport booking, administrative work, payment charges, or other direct order-related costs.
Cancellation approval is not automatic. It depends on order stage, product type, quantity, customisation, and whether the material can be reused or resold.
Orders cannot normally be cancelled after the material has been loaded, dispatched, or sent for delivery.
If delivery is attempted and the customer refuses to accept the material without a verified product defect or supply error, transport, loading, unloading, waiting, return, storage, and handling costs may be charged or deducted from any eligible amount.
Delay or refusal caused by incorrect delivery location, restricted site access, lack of unloading arrangement, customer-side unavailability, or change of requirement will not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.
AR Precast may consider replacement, exchange, correction, credit adjustment, partial refund, or another practical resolution if the product is verified as defective or damaged at the time of sale or delivery.
The customer or customer representative must inspect the material at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible defect, wrong product, major breakage, wrong thickness, wrong colour, quantity issue, or major visible concern should be reported before installation, use, cutting, fixing, or further movement at site.
Clear photos, videos, order details, affected quantity, delivery date, invoice or challan reference, and location details may be required for verification.
Visible defects, wrong product, wrong thickness, wrong colour, major breakage, or shortage should be reported at the time of delivery or pickup.
For practical verification, customers are requested to report visible issues within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
Claims made after unloading, restacking, installation, site use, cutting, fixing, vehicle movement, third-party handling, or delayed inspection may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted.
If a defect or damage claim is verified, AR Precast may offer replacement, exchange, correction, credit adjustment, partial refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the product type, quantity affected, availability, and project situation.
Replacement or exchange is the preferred resolution where the issue is product-related and the affected quantity can be reasonably verified.
Refund, if approved, may be partial and may apply only to the verified affected quantity. Refund does not automatically apply to the full order unless the full order is verified as defective or unsuitable due to an error accepted by AR Precast.
Refund, replacement, or exchange may not be accepted for change of mind, wrong quantity ordered by customer, incorrect site measurement, delayed reporting, minor shade variation, minor texture variation, minor dimensional variation within practical production limits, damage after delivery, improper unloading, poor storage, incorrect installation, weak base preparation, misuse, or use beyond product suitability.
Concrete products may show minor colour, texture, finish, edge, or surface variation due to raw material, pigment, mould condition, curing, batching, weather, and handling factors. Such practical variation does not automatically qualify as a defect.
Product performance depends on thickness, application, installation base, installation method, site use, loading condition, handling, curing, and maintenance. Failure caused by incorrect installation or unsuitable site use is not treated as a product defect.
Advance payment may be required to confirm an order, reserve stock, begin production, prepare colour, arrange loading, or coordinate dispatch.
Advance paid for made-to-order, customised, coloured, special-size, or project-specific products may be non-refundable once production or order preparation has started.
Any refund of advance, if approved, will be after deduction of costs already incurred by AR Precast.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment mode or another mutually agreed method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing, payment mode, accounting verification, and internal approval.
Transport charges, loading charges, unloading charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, waiting charges, return charges, and other direct order-related costs may be non-refundable unless the issue is clearly accepted as an AR Precast supply error.
The customer is responsible for sharing correct product requirement, thickness, size, colour, finish, quantity, delivery location, site access details, unloading readiness, and contact person details before dispatch.
The customer or customer representative should inspect quantity and visible condition at the time of delivery or pickup.
Any issue should be recorded with photos or videos and communicated immediately to AR Precast before installation, use, or further movement of material.
For cancellation, replacement, exchange, refund, or defect-related support, contact AR Precast with order details, product details, delivery date, affected quantity, photos or videos, and project location.
